Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machinery within a manufacturing environment. The Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Summary:
Responsible for order setup, coating, curing, and rewinding of all scheduled orders on a tower


Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a tower
• Responsible for tower set-up based on schedules outlined in Authorization to Produce documentation
• Perform quality control checks
• Calculate transmission speeds
• Set-up coating application
• Transport material from different departments
• Obtain coating, dies, and coating tanks
• Record information
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations


Other Duties:

• Miscellaneous as requested


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high quality work
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient basic math skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to identify colors
• Ability to read, write, and understand English


Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit and stand frequently
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally
• Ability to reach in front of, below waist level and above head level frequently
• Ability to bend, crouch, stoop and twist frequently
• Ability to use both hands to feel, finger, grasp and handle frequently
• Ability to climb ladders occasionally
• Ability to see and feel defects

• Overtime & Weekends As Needed


Schedule:

• Afternoons- Monday-Friday
• 8 Hours A Day
• 3:30 P.M. – 11:30 P.M.


Pay:

• $17.85 Per Hour
