We are seeking a dedicated Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machinery within a manufacturing environment. The Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Summary:
Responsible for the set-up and completion operation of braider machines

Responsibilities:
• Operate braider machines
• Replenish empty spool packages with full packages
• Monitor machine performance
• Report dysfunctional braiders for proper maintenance
• Identify and resolve defects in braid
• Cut and replace completed spools
• Record production output
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Other Duties:
• Miscellaneous as requested

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Proficient basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to read, write, and understand English

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time frequently
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally
• Ability to reach in front of up, up to head level and below waist level frequently
• Ability to stoop, crouch, bend over and twist frequently
• Ability to use both hands to feel, grasp, handle, and finger frequently
• Ability to see and feel defects

• Midnights: Sunday – Friday
• 8 Hours A Day
• 11:00 P.M. – 7:30 A.M.

Pay:
• $17.85 Per Hour
