Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machinery within a manufacturing environment. The Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Summary: Responsible for loading and unloading twist and ply frames

Responsibilities:
• Identify defects of both up twist and plied yarns
• Load and stringing up the twist frames
• Clean twist frames
• Transporting yarns to and from the frames
• Record keeping of down time and weights
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulation

Other Duties:
• Miscellaneous as requested

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Proficient basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high quality work
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to read, write, and understand English

Physical Demands:
• Ability to stand for long periods of time frequently
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 80 pounds frequently
• Ability to push and pull 1600 pounds with assistance occasionally
• Ability to bend and twist frequently
• Ability to crouch, stoop, and kneel occasionally
• Ability to reach in front of, above shoulder level and below waist level frequently
• Ability to use both hands to finger, grasp, handle and hold
• Ability to see defects and feel defects
• Ability to climb occasionally

Schedule:
• Midnights: Sunday – Friday
• 8 Hours A Day
• 11:00 P.M. – 7:30 A.M.

Pay:
• $17.85 Per Hour
