Varflex Corporation is a designer and manufacturer of a complete line of electrical insulating sleeving (braided fiberglass), both coated and uncoated, and tubing (extruded PVC) meeting military, UL and CSA requirements, including flame retardation.

Since 1924, Varflex has done it's own twisting, plying, braiding, treatment & coating of our electrical sleeving products to ensure a consistant high level of performance & quality.

When you consider that you lay the groundwork for sleeving quality and many performance characteristics during the braiding operation, it is significant to note that Varflex is the only full-line electrical insulating sleeving manufacturer doing all of its own braiding, in-house, since 1924. This not only enables us to maintain a higher level of quality control, but shortens lead time and assures our customers of a more reliable source.

Varflex also braids sleeving from nylon, polypropylene, Dacron^®, Nomex^®, Kevlar ^®, Spectr ^®, and other exotic yarns, and wire too. And, for those applications not satisfied by one of our many standard sleeving products, or if you need something special, such as:
